Every summer, the educational project ‘verquer’ invites children and young people to a special summer camp, with social and global themes that change each year. For one week, we provide a space where they can explore exciting topics in a creative, playful and collaborative way.
As well as themed workshops, participants can look forward to a varied programme of leisure activities: excursions, campfires, night walks, creative projects such as upcycling, experiential learning activities and much more. The focus is always on discovering new things together, trying out ideas and growing closer as a group.
The camp is run by an experienced team specialising in children’s and youth work and takes place in a natural setting. It is organised by the educational project verquer., which runs project days on global issues in schools throughout the year, a weekly youth club at D.I.T. and other youth camps.
